Here is a step by step guide to uploading your media files.

1.Click on my account at the top left hand section of any page.

2. Select My Media, this will open up a new page.

3. Click on New Album choose Photo, Video or Audio, give it a name and a brief description. Once you have done this you can use the visibilty box to select who can view your file.

4. Click on save then this will open up to a new box which then will ask you to browse your selected files , this will then enable you to select the file from your computer and once your file is displayed you click on upload and save.

5. After your file has uploaded you can then edit the name and description before you click on save , then you will be asked if you want to publish your file or hide this notice , after choosing your option you can then choose your cover.

6. Click on cover upload and then you can save a thumbnail picture to go with your media. Once you have selected your picture then click on upload and save cover , this will then save your picture to the media file you have uploaded to create an album.

7. That's it !! You have successfully created a media upload.

Here is a step by step guide to sharing youtube videos.

1.When you find a video clip you like on YouTube click on the share button at the bottom of the player next to the like and add to buttons .

2. Once you have clicked on the share button a box will appear underneath with a code , usually starting with http://youtu.be , you then click on the embed button next to the code . This will then open up another box of codes which should be highlighted in blue . You then right click your mouse or laptop and select copy .

3. Then return to the online festival arena page or campsite page and go to the what's new update box. Right click inside the box then click on paste and that should copy the code into the box . You can then left click and press enter and write a brief description before clicking on the post update button.

4. That's it you have just successfully posted a video clip which can then be viewed by all other online festival members. You can also click on the share button above the video to send this to your facebook or twitter account if you wish.

Here is a step by step guide to sharing soundcloud audio.

1.If you’re a member of soundcloud then you can also embed their tracks in a similar fashion , find a track then click on the share button at the top left.

2. A new box will open . Left click in the embed code box then right click on code.

3. Go back to the online festival , right click in update box then click paste.

4. That's it you have successfully copied a track from soundcloud which will now play in the online festival website.
